Your usage of this ROADMAP TRAVEL LTD. agency website in order to purchase Travel Services from Suppliers is permitted only on the following terms and conditions. These include waivers of rights and claims, indemnities and limitations of liability. They also include the terms and conditions of the Tour Operator or other Supplier that you may select. If you do not agree with any part of the following you may not conclude your transaction on this website.
You, the customer, must be at least 18 years of age in order to purchase travel services from Roadmaptravel.com. Users of this website must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page in order to use this website.
In these terms and conditions the following words (in the singular or plural) shall bear the meanings ascribed to them unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary –
"Website" means www.roadmaptravel.com;
"Agency" means ROADMAP TRAVEL LTD., lawfully operating in British Columbia Canada under Travel Registration Number 31091, and whose website you have hereby accessed;
"Content Provider" means any person, company or organization which inserts or provides information for use on this website;
"Suppliers" means the tour operators, airlines or other suppliers of Travel Services or any other product offered from time to time on the Website;
"Travel Documents" means documents required for travel and includes, without limitation, current passports, visas, landed immigrant cards, pardons, permissions and notarized parental consents for minors travelling alone or with only one parent;
"Travel Services" means travel related services such as air, ground and sea transportation, hotel and other accommodation, tours, meals, entertainment and recreational services and insurance products;
No Liability for Website Contents
Much of the information published on this website is obtained from Suppliers and Content Providers. The Agency does not endorse any advertised Travel Service and does not warrant that the information on this website is accurate. In addition the Agency does not warrant any information provided by the Agency orally or otherwise in connection with any Travel Service. Travel Services listed on this website are provided "as is" without any warranty or representation, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Agency has no liability for typographical and other errors and inaccuracies contained in this website including any errors in pricing. The Agency shall have the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time before or after your transaction without incurring any liability to you. All prices within this website are in Canadian dollars per person unless otherwise stated. Airport fees, where applicable, may not be included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a tour operator and/or airline change, are not the responsibility of Roadmaptravel.com. Once a booking is complete, pricing CANNOT be adjusted.
Your Contract is with the Supplier
In offering the Travel Services on this website, the Agency acts as the agent for, or intermediary in respect of, the Suppliers. Your contract for the supply of the Travel Services selected by you is directly with the Suppliers of the said Travel Services and the Agency is not a party to that contract. As the Suppliers control the delivery of the Travel Services the Agency does not warrant the delivery or the quality of any Travel Service. The Agency also does not warrant the financial position of any Supplier or its ability to provide any Travel Service purchased by you. You agree that the Agency will not be liable to you or any other person for any refund, loss, damage, delay or injury resulting from the failure of any Supplier to provide any Travel Service to you for any breach of contract or any intentional or careless act or omission by any Supplier of any Travel Service.
Suppliers’ Terms and Conditions apply to your Contract
The Suppliers’ terms and conditions apply to your contract for the supply of Travel Services as between you and the applicable Supplier. The terms and conditions of the principal Suppliers of Travel Services are shown under the Supplier Terms and Conditions elsewhere within this website.
By accepting our terms and conditions you will be deemed to have identified the Supplier or Suppliers of the Travel Services selected by you, to have read and understood their terms and conditions and to be fully bound by the said terms and conditions.
Best Rate Offered
This applies only to vacation packages sold through Canadian tour companies. Roadmaptravel.com will consider matching any genuine price quote provided the rate is not less than our cost. While Roadmaptravel.com makes every attempt to provide the best rate, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from providing this. Roadmaptravel.com reserves the right to request a written quote on any rate that is being matched. Rates are only guaranteed at time of booking and cannot be lowered once the booking is complete. Rate changes made by the airline or tour operator after a booking has been completed cannot be matched.
Penalties for Cancellations or Changes
Unless otherwise stated in the Suppliers’ terms and conditions, your payment for Travel Services is non-refundable in whole or in part and there are restrictions, fees and penalties relating to changes or cancellations including any name changes or corrections.
Flight reservations may be 100% non-refundable
Depending on the airline, many flights are 100% non-refundable once the reservation is made. If you have questions regarding cancellation policies for a specific airline, please contact us BEFORE making your reservation. Once a reservation is made it is bound by the rules and restrictions of the airline.
All purchases are generally non-changeable and non-transferable. Name spelling corrections are subject to fees determined by the tour operator that you have made your reservation with. It is highly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to refer to and review the Supplier terms and conditions prior to completing your purchase on this website. Cancellation of vacation packages departing within 21 days of purchase on this website CANNOT be refunded. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by telephone or email within 48 hours of your purchase on this website for travel insurance options.
Risks of Travel
Vacation package reservations departing within 45 days of purchase on this website are generally 100% non-refundable as per the individual Suppliers’ terms and conditions
The Agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or injury caused to you or any of your travel companions by theft or any other criminal activities, terrorist activities, war, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, disease, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions or conditions outside of our control. By embarking on your travel you voluntarily assume all the risks involved with such travel whether expected or unexpected. You are hereby warned of such risks and you should inform yourself of any applicable Travel Advisories and inoculations or other precautions that should be taken for your trip.
You waive all and any rights or claims that you, your heirs, assigns or any other person may have against the Agency arising directly or indirectly from the occurrence of any such risk, or our failure, whether negligent or otherwise, to inform you of any risks or of precautions you should take. You also acknowledge that travel insurance has been offered to you.
Travel Documents are Required
You acknowledge that you will require Travel Documents for any trip booked by you. If you do not have the required Travel Documents you may be denied boarding or face other complications with consequent forfeiture of the payments made by you on the Travel Services and other losses. You accept full responsibility for obtaining the necessary Travel Documents. By proceeding with your transaction you warrant that you have fully identified the Travel Documents that will be required for the Travel Services you have selected and are satisfied that you already have these or will obtain them well before your departure date.
The terms, conditions and waivers of rights and claims referred to in this Notice will also apply to your travel companions or any other person for whom you may have requested Travel Services. You agree to convey the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to them promptly, warrant to the Agency that they, their heirs and assigns will consider themselves duly notified and bound by the provisions, and indemnify the Agency against any claims by them in which they, their heirs or assigns allege that they are not so bound.
Extension to Agency employees and Others
The exclusions of liability, indemnities and waivers of rights and claims referred to in these terms and conditions will also apply to and be for the benefit of employees, officers, directors and agents of the Agency.
By proceeding with your transaction on this website you warrant and represent that you are over the age of 18 years and otherwise able to enter into a binding contract to purchase Travel Services. You also warrant that the reservation or purchase you have made is a legitimate reservation for you or other persons for whom you are legally authorized to act. You also warrant that your use of this website is lawful and in accordance with these terms and conditions and those of the Suppliers.
Use of Information
- If a minor child or minor children (under 18 years of age at time of departure) is travelling with only one parent, either (i) the absent parent must provide notarized consent or (ii) the travelling parent must provide proof of sole custody or a notarized letter that the other parent is deceased, as the case may be. All notarized consent letters should indicate the destination and length of travel, as well as consent to provide emergency medical treatment if required. If a minor is travelling alone or is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, both parents (or the sole documented custodial parent) must provide notarized consent. If a minor travelling alone has only one parent as evidenced by his/her birth certificate, a notarized copy of the birth certificate or the original, together with the notarized consent of the parent, will be sufficient proof allowing for travel. You should contact the nearest foreign government office of the country you plan to visit for definitive, up-to-date information on these requirements and others, such as document translation requirements. .
Payment for online bookings is required IN FULL at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Third party credit cards bookings may require written confirmation from the credit card holder. All fraudulent purchase will be investigated and prosecuted. Note that credit card charges will appear on your statement in the name of the chosen Supplier and not in that of the Agency. Pricing and availability on all packages and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed. Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and that of the actual tour operator and/or airline selling price, the latter shall prevail.
Optional Additional Services Requested by You
Roadmaptravel.com (Roadmap Travel Ltd.) cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the purchase of any travel services through this website. By purchasing travel services through this website you, the customer, hereby understand and agree without modification to the terms and conditions listed above.

Third Party Suppliers
Applicable Law and Severability
The agreement between you and the Agency is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, wherein the agency is located. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in that Province in all disputes arising between you and the Agency.
If any provision of this agreement between you and the Agency is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the said agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions. The headings of the paragraphs above are for reference only and shall not be used in the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
All travel packages, airfares and hotels displayed on this website are supplied to Roadmaptravel.com (Roadmap Travel Ltd.) by various third party suppliers (tour operators, airlines, car rental companies, hotels and insurance companies) and in turn are subject to their own Terms & Conditions. Roadmaptravel.com is a seller for the third party suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers. When the customer purchases travel services through Roadmaptravel.com they must refer to the appropriate third party suppliers Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their travel services. Upon request and for an additional charge the Agency may provide additional services to you in relation to Travel Services purchased through this website. Such additional services may, without limitation, include special document delivery, additional itinerary copies, special meal or seating requests, assistance with requests to Suppliers for changes or refunds (if available) and resort or destination information. If such services are requested and provided the Agency shall be entitled to make its regular charge for such additional service as per its Schedule of Charges (available on request) and to effect the charge to the credit card used by you to purchase the Travel Service.
